Possibly the greatest evidence in the making of a disciple is serving.  Jesus said in Matthew 20:24, "...the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."  If the King and Creator lived His earthly life serving others, then it is certainly our call as His followers to do the same.  We have been given different gifts, experiences, and abilities but all for the same purpose of loving God by serving others!
